39-Year-Old Jonathan Gideon, 33-Year-Old Gustavo Herrera Killed In A Multi-Vehicle Accident In Parker County (Parker County, TX)

A tragic fatal crash in Parker County claimed the lives of two individuals and left a 10-year-old hospitalized around 1:30 a.m. on Sunday, as reported by the Texas Department of Public Safety. The crash victims were identified as 39-year-old Jonathan Gideon and 33-year-old Gustavo Herrera, residents of Fort Worth.

According to the preliminary investigation, Gideon was driving a 2019 Chevrolet Silverado northbound in the southbound lanes of US 377 near Ranch Road, colliding head-on with Herrera’s vehicle.

Both adults were fatally injured and were pronounced dead at the scene. The 10-year-old passenger in Herrera’s GMC Sierra was transported to Cook Children’s Hospital via LifeCare. The investigation into the multi-vehicle accident has yet to determine why Gideon was in the wrong lane. The condition of the child was not released.
