According to the Visalia Police Department, a motor vehicle crash that took place in Visalia killed a 39-year-old man on Sunday. The officials have reported that the victim was identified as Jeremiah Gibson.
Approximately at 11:00 p.m., Jeremiah Gibson driving at a high speed, lost control of the vehicle. This caused the vehicle to crash into a tree at the intersection of Whitendale Avenue and Akers Street. Gibson was declared dead at the hospital.
The officials have confirmed that alcohol or drugs played a role in the crash. The cause of the fatal crash is still being investigated. No further information is available at the moment.
