  • 38-Year-Old Charles Hansen Died In A Motor Vehicle Crash In Phoenix (Phoenix, AZ)

The Phoenix Police Department reported a motor vehicle crash on Friday morning. The accident happened close to 27th Avenue and Northern at around 1:30 a.m.

According to preliminary information, the motorcyclist was travelling east on Northern Avenue when the SUV turned in front of him, according to Phoenix Police Sgt. Brian Bower. The male motorcyclist allegedly crashed into an SUV while moving at a high rate of speed. 

Charles Hansen, a 38-year-old man who was identified as the driver of the motorcycle, died at the scene from his injuries.

Although hospitalised, the SUV’s female driver is anticipated to recover. She had to be removed from her car.

Between 28th and 31st Avenues, Northern Avenue was shut down due to the fatal crash.
