35-Year-Old Sarah Rogers Killed In A Multi-Vehicle Crash In Henry County (Henry County, GA)

A fatal crash involving multiple tractor-trailers occurred in Henry County on Interstate 75, resulting in one fatality, as confirmed by Henry County Police on Tuesday morning. The Georgia Department of Transportation (GDOT) reported the crash in the southbound lanes just before the Jonesboro Road exit, prompting the dispatch of several emergency vehicles to the scene.

Henry County Police announced on X at 7:35 a.m. that there was “one confirmed fatality at this time.” The interstate remained closed for a significant portion of the morning as officers conducted investigations and crews worked to clear the scene.

The deceased has been identified as 35-year-old Sarah Rogers from Lawrenceville. While several other individuals sustained non-life-threatening injuries, investigators are continuing to examine the circumstances leading to the crash.
