According to the El Cajon Police Department, a 34-year-old was killed in a pedestrian accident in El Cajon on Friday. Approximately at 10:34 p.m., a 2015 silver Toyota Camry hit a 34-year-old pedestrian on the 700 block of east Washington Avenue.
The pedestrian was pronounced dead at the scene. The identity of the dead is not yet disclosed. The officials have not disclosed any details regarding the driver of the vehicle involved in the crash.
It is not yet known if alcohol or drugs played a role in the crash. The cause of the fatal crash is still being investigated. No further information is available at the moment.
