On Thursday, 34-year-old Lorena Negrete, of Ontario woman, lost her life and six others were injured after a wreck on 215 Freeway.
As per the initial information, the fatal traffic accident took place after 7 a.m. close to Box Springs Road. The early reports showed that a Toyota Sienna cut off a truck which caused the truck to lose control while the Sienna was pushed into a guardrail.
The reports further revealed that Negrete and the six injured victims were all in the same vehicle. On arrival, emergency responders removed some of them from the vehicle. Two children also sustained minor to moderate injuries. No other details are available.
An investigation is ongoing at this time.
