Two St. Louis teens face charges after allegedly racing down a busy south county road, resulting in a fatal crash that killed a man and injured another. Christopher Johnson, 34, was hit and killed while working, and Carl Seese, 58, was badly injured.
The incident occurred Friday morning, with a Cadillac losing control and striking the victims. Deondre Robinson and Patrick Aten, both 18, are charged with first-degree involuntary manslaughter and second-degree assault.
Robinson faces additional charges for driving without a valid license. Witnesses intervened to prevent one teen from fleeing the scene. Both are held on $150,000 cash-only bonds.
