33-year-old Kristina Slater injured after a single-vehicle crash in Spokane (Spokane, WA)

A single-vehicle accident injured 33-year-old Kristina Slater in Spokane.

As per the initial information, the woman was accused of driving under the influence. The preliminary investigation revealed that Kristina Slater, a Spokane resident, was traveling westbound on Interstate 90 when she crashed her vehicle into the Jersey barrier on the Keefe Bridge.

On arrival, emergency crews transported Slater to Deaconess Hospital for treatment of her injuries. The 10-year-old female passenger of the car remained uninjured in the collision. Washington State Patrol charged Slater with driving while impaired. No other details are immediately available.

An investigation into the crash is ongoing.
