32-Year-Old Killed In A Fatal Motor Vehicle Crash In Maple Valley (Maple Valley, WA)

According to the Washington State Patrol, a fatal crash was reported on Monday morning in Maple Valley. Officials confirmed that one person died due to the motor vehicle accident. Authorities stated that the collision occurred on Route 18 near Southeast 200th Street.

A van left the road and struck a tree and a sign. The driver of the van was pronounced dead at the scene of the wreck. Other details including the identity of the driver and description of the vehicle remain unknown.

The cause of the wreck is yet to be determined. It is not yet known if alcohol or drugs played a role in the accident. The crash continues to be investigated by the WSP.

The road was blocked for more than four hours as a result of the accident.
