According to the Bibb County Sheriff’s Office, a fatal crash was reported in Macon, on Wednesday.
Officials confirmed that 1 person died due to the accident.
Authorities stated that the crash occurred on the 4800 block of the Hartley Bridge Road in Macon.
The driver of a Red Nissan Titan was traveling south, and he lost control of the car.
Therefore the car went off the roadway and hit a tree.
He was declared dead at the scene of the crash.
The deceased driver was identified as Chasin David Floyd, a 32-year-old.
The reasons that caused the crash remain unclear.
Investigation of the crash is under progress by the Bibb County Sheriff’s Office.
