On Monday afternoon, 32-year-old Jorge Zuno, of Buford, lost his life following a traffic accident in Gwinnett County.
As per the initial information, officers actively responded to the area of Interstate 85 northbound at exit 111/Lawrenceville Suwanee Road after getting reports of a two-vehicle crash. The early reports showed that a tractor-trailer and a van were involved in the collision.
Officials confirmed that the person died in the accident was identified as 32-year-old Jorge Zuno and his next of kin has been notified. All of Interstate 85 North at exit 111 is back open. No other details are immediately available.
The cause of the crash is under investigation.
