According to the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department, a motor vehicle accident occurred in Rancho Cucamonga. The collision resulted in the death of a 30-year-old man. The officials have since identified the victim as Parker Monticone on Wednesday.
Approximately at 11:30 a.m., Parker Monticone driving east of the Freeway 15 on Foothill Boulevard slammed into a vehicle that was travelling westbound. As a result of the accident, Monticone was fatally injured and was pronounced dead at the scene.
It is not yet known if alcohol or drugs played a role in the crash. The cause of the fatal crash is still being investigated. No further information is available at the moment.
