A tragic traffic collision claimed the life of a 30-year-old man in Concord on Monday evening. The multi-vehicle accident occurred near Hess Road on Kirker Pass Road, prompting authorities to close a section of Kirker Pass Road.
The closure lasted until around 8:45 p.m. Concord Police notified the community about the collision via social media at 5:30 p.m. The man was fatally injured and was pronounced dead at the scene. Details regarding the circumstances of the crash and the identity of the victim are pending further investigation.
