The Moses Lake Police Department reported a motor vehicle accident on Monday morning. The accident occurred in the 1100 block of West Broadway at around 11:30 a.m.
According to the officials, a motorcycle was headed west on Broadway at a high speed. At the same time, a woman was pulling out of a driveway and came directly into the path of the motorcycle. The two vehicles collided.
The driver of the motorcycle was thrown off due to the force of the impact and incurred fatal injuries. He was pronounced dead after being taken to a hospital. The officials have identified him as 30-year-old Celton Kimmel.
The cause of the fatal crash is still being investigated. There are no other details available.
