Authorities confirmed that the three teenagers died due to the accident.
Officials stated that the collision occurred in suburban Detroit.
The SUV had allegedly hit a tree, and rolled over.
The car had 5 persons inside, including the driver.
Three of the occupants were pronounced dead at the scene of the wreck.
Two of them were transported to the hospital for treatment.
