According to the Murrieta Police, a fatal single-vehicle crash took place on Saturday night in the parking lot of Alta Murrieta Elementary School that claimed the lives of three people travelling in the car.
On Saturday night, approximately at 11:00 p.m., a car was found consumed in flames when the police arrived at the spot. A man was seen lying outside the vehicle with major injuries and the other three occupants of the car, including the driver, were found dead inside the car once the fire was put out. The injured person was shifted to the hospital.
The identities of the deceased are not revealed. It is not yet known if alcohol or drugs played a role in the crash. The cause of the fatal crash is still being investigated by the department’s traffic bureau. There are no other details available at this time.
