The California Highway Patrol reported a fatal multi-vehicle crash that took place on the northbound 5 Freeway in Norwalk.
On Sunday morning, just around 2:30 a.m., several unidentified vehicles were involved in the collision at Norwalk Boulevard. The events leading up to this are not yet known at this time.
There were 3 people who were fatally injured in the crash and pronounced dead at the scene. The identity of the deceased victims is not yet known at this time. The officials have confirmed that there were other injured in the crash but their present conditions are not yet known.
It is not yet known if alcohol or drugs played a role in the crash. The cause of the fatal crash is still being investigated. No further information regarding the crash is available now.
