According to the Texas Department of Public Safety, a multi-vehicle accident occurred in Galveston on Tuesday.
The crash happened on the Gulf Freeway involving three bikers and a separate motorcycle.
Two motorcyclists suffered significant injuries and were pronounced dead following the collision.
One of the bikers was ejected from his motorcycle and the other biker suffered life-threatening injuries and was transported to the hospital for treatment.
The Galveston Police did not reveal the identity of the deceased motorcyclists.
Some portions of the Gulf Freeway are blocked for further investigation.
No additional information regarding the fatal crash was provided by the Texas Department of Public Safety.
