In a tragic motor vehicle accident on Sunday night, a crash in Tukwila claimed the lives of three individuals, while another sustained severe injuries. Tukwila Police responded to the scene at Military Road South and South 128th Street. One vehicle was involved in the collision.
Two of the people present in the vehicle were thrown out due to the force of the collision. They were fatally injured and were pronounced dead at the scene. The identity of the deceased victims is not yet known at this time.
A third person was found deceased inside the vehicle. Fire crews worked diligently to extricate the fourth victim, who was critically injured. The fatal crash occurred around 11:30 p.m. Sunday. However, no drugs or alcohol were found at the incident.
Tukwila Police Traffic Unit is conducting investigations, resulting in intermittent closures of Military Road South.
