According to the Milam County Police Department, a fatal crash was reported on Thursday in Milam County. Officials confirmed that 3 people died due to the motor vehicle accident.
Authorities stated that the collision occurred on US 190, 1.7 miles north of Milano.
20-year-old Dvarius Travon Bynaum driving a Dodge was traveling south and tried to pass another vehicle. While passing the other vehicle, the tires of the Dodge left the roadway and Bynaum lost control of the vehicle. It crashed through the fence and collided with a tree. It then came to rest upside down and caught on fire.
Bynaum and two others were pronounced dead at the scene of the wreck. The identities of the other two victims have not been disclosed.
The crash continues to be investigated by the MCPD.
