On Wednesday afternoon, three people suffered injuries after a two-vehicle accident involving a WeGo bus on Nolensville Pike and the Interstate 440 west exit ramp.
According to the authorities, Bus 1702 was involved in a crash with a car at the intersection of Nolensville Pike and Rosedale Avenue that occurred at about 1:34 p.m. while going downtown.
Nashville Fire Department reported that two people were taken to TriStar Southern Hills Hospital and one was transported to St. Thomas Midtown Hospital. The extent of injuries sustained by the victims involved in the accident is unknown at this time.
The cause of the crash is under investigation.
