The Texas Department of Public Safety reported a multi-vehicle accident on Saturday evening. The accident occurred near 10100 Sleepy Hollow at around 6:12 p.m.
The preliminary investigation suggests that a 2008 Dodge Avenger was heading east, followed by two other vehicles and a 2019 Yamaha motorcycle. As the motorcycle attempted to overtake the vehicles, the Dodge initiated a left turn into a private drive, resulting in a collision on its left side.
The driver of the Dodge, identified as 38-year-old Joshua Wagnon of Willis, escaped injury. Tragically, the motorcycle’s driver, 29-year-old Roman Sievers of Conroe, was fatally injured. He was pronounced dead at the fatal crash by Justice of the Peace Wayne Mack.
The investigation is ongoing, and no further details are available at this time.
