In a tragic single-vehicle crash in Moreno Valley, a 29-year-old woman lost her life on Saturday evening. The motor vehicle accident occurred at the intersection of Eucalyptus Avenue and Sweetspice Street around 6:51 p.m., as reported by the Riverside County Fire Department.
The victim, identified as Maritza Flores from San Bernardino, was fatally injured and was
pronounced dead. A second occupant of the Nissan Altima involved was transported to a hospital with serious injuries.
The vehicle struck a power pole after the driver lost control, as per the Riverside County Sheriff’s Department. The investigation into the fatal crash is ongoing, with authorities working to determine the cause of the tragic incident.
