The Police Department reported a motor vehicle crash in Clarksville.
According to a Tennessee Highway Patrol report, Ronald J Taylor,27 merged onto I-24 at Exit 8 while operating a 2017 Alfa Romeo Giulia.
He veered off the highway into the left-hand median for an unknown reason, lost control, and collided with a 2018 Mazda 3.
The driver’s side of the car then struck a guardrail on the right side as he crossed the highway. The vehicle then descended a slope.
The Mazda impacted the left guard rail before coming to a stop.
This driver was unharmed.
A third vehicle, Debris struck a 2017 Acura TLX.
Officials confirmed that Taylor was declared dead at the scene.
The officials are investigating the fatal crash.
