26-Year-Old Zoey Ensey Dead After Motor Vehicle Accident (Arlington, WA)

Washington State Patrol reported that an Arlington woman died in a fatal motor vehicle accident on Saturday on Highway 530.

Zoey Ensey was turning from Arlington Heights Road when a 52-year-old Stanwood man was driving east on the highway approaching Arlington Heights Road. The Stanwood man, driving a Chevrolet Avalanche, reportedly ran a red light and struck Ensey’s Volkswagen Passat at the intersection.

Ensey succumbed to the injuries she had sustained at Cascade Valley Hospital. The man was injured and taken to a hospital.

Troopers added that the incident was being investigated to decide whether the man should face criminal charges.
