According to the California Highway Patrol, a multi-vehicle collision took place in Santa Clara that killed a 25-year-old on Sunday.
Roughly at 11:38 p.m., a collision involving multiple vehicles occurred on San Francisquito Canyon Road at Runner Road. A 25-year-old man in one of the vehicles was fatally injured and was pronounced dead at the scene.
The identity of the dead is not yet disclosed. It is not yet known if alcohol or drugs played a role in the crash. The cause of the fatal crash is still being investigated. No further information is available at the moment.
