24-year-old Justin Bullock dead, 49-year-old Robert T McIntyre and 2 others injured in a crash (Battle Ground, WA)

Authorities identified 24-year-old Justin Bullock as the man who lost his life and 49-year-old Robert T McIntyre as the victim who suffered injuries following a two-vehicle collision that also injured two other people on June 9 in Battle Ground.

The fatal car crash took place on Eaton Boulevard and Southwest 20th Avenue. According to the investigation reports, Justin Bullock was in the right front seat of a 2012 Chevrolet Volt when a 2006 Dodge Ram, driven by 49-year-old Robert T McIntyre ran a four-way stop sign at Southwest 20th Avenue.

After that the Dodge slammed into the Volt’s passenger side. Bullock succumbed to his injuries at the scene. On arrival, emergency personnel rushed McIntyre and two occupants of the Dodge to the hospital with unspecified injuries. The driver of the Volt was also transported to a hospital.

Everyone was expected to survive their injuries. Officers arrested McIntyre, accusing him of driving under the influence while suspended, reckless driving, and failure stop at an intersection. McIntyre is also charged with vehicular homicide and vehicular assault. No other details are made available.

The crash remains under review.
