According to the Washington State Patrol, a multi-vehicle accident occurred in Quincy on Monday night.
The crash happened on State Route 28 east of Quincy at around 9:30 p.m involving two-vehicles in a head-on collision.
A 23-year-old man was traveling westbound crossed over the centerline and struck the second vehicle.
The man suffered major injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene following the collision.
The driver of the second vehicle was identified as a teenager who suffered major injuries and was transported to the Sacred Heart Medical Center.
According to the investigators, drugs and alcohol are not suspected to have been involved.
No additional information regarding the fatal crash was provided by the Deputies.
