The Garden Grove Police Department reported a motor vehicle crash that killed a 20-year-old and left three others injured in Garden Grove on Sunday.
At around 12:05 a.m., the 20-year-old driving on the 12900 block of Newhope Street, rammed into a tree. As a result, the 20-year-old was fatally injured and was pronounced dead at the scene. The other three passengers were rushed to the hospital. Their present states are not yet known at this time.
The identity of the dead is not yet disclosed. It is not yet known if alcohol or drugs played a role in the crash. The cause of the fatal crash is still being investigated. No further information is available at the moment.
