According to the Ohio Highway Patrol, a multi-vehicle crash in Allen County claimed the life of a 20-year-old woman, who was later identified as Felicia Higginbotham.
At around 9:30 a.m., Higginbotham, riding her vehicle at State Route 117, for unknown reasons was hit by a semi-truck, and then by a Jeep Cherokee. Felica Higginbotham was fatally injured and was pronounced dead at the scene, according to the authorities.
It is not yet known if alcohol or drugs played a role in the crash. The cause of the fatal crash is still being investigated. No further information is available at the moment.
