The crew mentioned that the car was crushed and overturned.
The 2-year-old boy was reported dead at the scene.
The officials stated that 4 others suffered injuries during the accident.
The suspect was identified as Demarcus Hulland by the Memphis Police.
Demarcus was charged with DUI, Possession of a Controlled Substance, Failure to Exercise Due Care, Reckless Driving, and Vehicular Homicide.
The identities of the victims were not revealed by the officials.
