2 Women 1 Child Killed In A Multi-Vehicle Accident In Seagoville (Seagoville,TX)

According to the officials, a multi-vehicle accident was reported in Seagoville on U.S. 175 early Sunday. 

The Police stated that a child and two women were killed by a wrong-way driver which occurred shortly after 1 a.m. 

The Crandall police first reported a blue Chevrolet pick-up truck moving west in the eastbound lanes of U.S.175. The officers tried to get the attention of the driver. 

As a result of failed attempts, the driver accelerated speed and continued on the highway. 

The Chevrolet pickup collided with a Toyota sedan on the eastbound U.S. 175 near FM 1389. 

The medical helicopter airlifted the man in the pickup truck to a Dallas hospital. 

Intoxication is believed to be a factor in the crash according to the investigating officers.
