According to the California Highway Patrol, a multi-vehicle accident occurred in Westminster on Monday. The crash happened at the 14500 block of Beach Boulevard at around 1 p.m.
According to the investigators, three unknown people and four unknown vehicles were involved in the collision. The driver of the minivan traveling northbound at a high rate of speed collided with three unknown vehicles.
The officials stated that two unknown people suffered significant injuries and were pronounced dead at the scene. The Westminster Police Department did not reveal the identity and the name of the unknown deceased people.
The accident is still being investigated by the authorities. It is not yet known if alcohol or drugs played a role in the accident. No additional information regarding the fatal crash was provided by the Deputies.
