2 People Killed In A Multi-Vehicle Accident In Stanislaus County (Stanislaus County, CA)

According to the California Highway Patrol, a multi-vehicle accident occurred in Stanislaus County on Monday. The crash happened on Highway 4 just west of Dunton Road at around 6:40 a.m. 

According to the investigators, a 2010 Honda sedan and a 2004 Toyota pickup truck were involved in the collision. The Honda driver approached a left bend in the roadway, tried to pass a slower-moving vehicle, and collided with the truck. 

The officials stated that both the drivers suffered significant injuries and were pronounced dead at the scene. The Stanislaus County Police Department did not reveal the identity and the name of the unknown deceased person. 

The accident is still being investigated. It is not yet known if alcohol or drugs played a role in the accident. Additional information regarding the fatal crash is not available currently.
