The Riverside County Sheriff’s Department reported a multi-vehicle accident in Moreno Valley on February 5. The crash occurred at 10:30 p.m. at the intersection of Cactus Avenue and Kitching Street.
According to the authorities, Isaac Piza, 25, of San Bernardino, and Keiana Bridgeforth, 50, of Menifee, were fatally injured in the accident. The crash involved two Dodge Ram pickups and a Lexus sedan on the roads during a rainstorm. One of the victim’s bodies was found downstream in Perris after being hurled into a storm channel during the collision. Bridgeforth, who was driving the Lexus, was pronounced dead at the scene.
The circumstances leading to the collision and the exact cause of the fatal crash remain under investigation by authorities. Three others were also injured in the three-vehicle wreck.
