According to the Texas Department of Public Safety, a multi-vehicle accident in Montgomery County on Sunday.
The crash happened on State Highway 105 near Walker Road at around 10:30 a.m.
According to the officials, a Nissan Altima and a Chevy suburban were involved in the collision.
The driver of the Nissan traveling northbound crossed the center lane and crashed head-on into a Chevy.
Both the people in the Nissan suffered significant injuries and were pronounced dead at the scene.
The Chevy driver suffered significant injuries and was rushed to the hospital for treatment.
No additional information regarding the fatal crash was provided by the Deputies.
It is not yet known if alcohol or drugs played a role in the accident.
