The Glendale Police Department reported a multi-vehicle accident on Tuesday morning. The accident occurred near 47th and Northern Avenues just after 4 a.m.
According to the officials, two vehicles were involved in the collision. The events leading up to the crash have not been disclosed at this time.
Two people from one of the vehicles involved were critically injured and rushed to a local hospital. Unfortunately, they both succumbed to their injuries and were pronounced dead. The identity of the deceased victims has not been disclosed at this time.
The cause of the fatal crash is still being investigated at this time. It is not yet known if alcohol or drugs played a role in the collision. There are no other details available at this time.
