According to the Texas Department of Public Safety, a multi-vehicle accident occurred in Burleson County on Saturday. The crash happened on FM 908 at around 5 p.m.
According to the investigators, a Chevrolet Silverado and an unknown truck were involved in the collision. The Chevy driver was traveling in the wrong lane and struck an unknown vehicle head-on.
Two people suffered significant injuries and were pronounced dead following the collision. The identities of the deceased victims are not yet known at this time.
According to the reports, it is not yet known if alcohol or drugs played a role in the accident. No additional information regarding the fatal crash was provided by the Deputies.
