According to the California Highway Patrol, a two-vehicle collision in San Jacinto resulted in the death of 2 people on Monday. Approximately at 6:25 a.m., a compact SUV and pickup truck were involved in a collision near Westbound Ramona Expressway, Warren Road.
When the Riverside County Fire Department team arrived at the location, they found 2 occupants of the car fatally injured. They were pronounced dead at the scene.
The identity of the dead is not yet disclosed. It is not yet known if alcohol or drugs played a role in the crash. The cause of the fatal crash is still being investigated. No further information is available at the moment.
