According to the California Highway Patrol, a motor vehicle accident occurred in Lodi at around 12:52 a.m. The crash happened in the area of Palm Avenue and California Street on Monday.
The officials have not disclosed any details regarding the vehicle involved in the accident.
According to the investigators, two unknown people and an unknown vehicle were involved in the collision. The officials stated that both people suffered significant injuries and were pronounced dead at the scene.
A 20-year-old Jess Bradford Jr. and a 16-year-old Michael Wyrick were identified as the deceased people. According to the reports, it is not yet known if alcohol or drugs played a role in the accident.
