In a series of tragic events on Sunday, two people lost their lives and two others are in critical condition after being struck by a vehicle. The accident occurred on I-10 East in east Harris County, as reported by the Houston Police Department.
The first fatal crash occurred around 1:52 a.m. at I-10 and Uvalde Road, although specific details were not provided. Following this initial collision, the four victims exited their vehicle and were standing near a retainer wall on the highway. It was at this point that a speeding vehicle collided with them, resulting in a flip of the vehicle. The two individuals in critical condition were swiftly transported to the hospital.
