2 People Killed In A Fatal Crash In San Antonio (San Antonio, TX)

According to the San Antonio Police Department, a fatal crash was reported on Friday in San Antonio.

Officials confirmed that a 4-year-old child and a 35-year-old driver died due to the accident.

Authorities stated that the collision occurred in the 13500 block of IH-37.

An SUV was traveling northbound all over the road.

This caused all the other vehicles to pull off the street and onto the shoulder.

The SUV drove through a grassy area and off the bridge.

It then came to a stop on the railroad tracks.

It was hit by a passing train.

The deceased driver was identified as 35-year-old Andre Miles Romo.

Both Romo and the child passenger died at the scene of the accident. 

The crash remains under investigation by the SAPD.
