The Clarksville Police Department reported a motor vehicle accident on Sunday morning.
The officials stated that the crash happened at around 4:49 a.m. on Peachers Mille Road north of Abraham Drive.
The officials stated that a single vehicle collided with some power lines that were down from a broken telephone pole.
The officials confirmed that the driver and the passenger suffered minor injuries from the crash.
The officials have closed Peachers Mill Road between Abraham Drive and Allen Griffy Road to take over the investigation.
The police are looking for the vehicle that fled the scene after hitting the pole.
The identity of the victims will be released post the investigation.
