2 people injured after an auto-pedestrian crash in downtown San Antonio (San Antonio, TX)

Two people suffered injuries after a vehicle hit them in downtown San Antonio.

As per the initial information, the hit-and-run crash took place at about 2:35 a.m. at 100 East Commerce in downtown San Antonio. The early reports showed that two pedestrians were crossing the street when a car hit them.

According to the officials, the driver of the involved vehicle left the scene after the collision. On arrival, medics transported one of the pedestrians to the hospital for evaluation and the other was provided medical aid at the scene. No other details are immediately available.

The incident remains under active review.
