Two people received injuries after a car slammed into a building Friday night in Chico.
As per the initial information, the authorities actively responded to the area at 1094 East 8th Street at 9:52 p.m. on reports of a single-vehicle crash. The early reports showed that a vehicle ran into a building for unknown reasons. Two occupants of the vehicle suffered injuries as a result of the collision.
The extent of injuries sustained by the victims remains unknown at this time. The street between Linden Street and Sycamore Street was shut down while crews worked at the scene. No other details have been shared by the authorities regarding the accident.
