On Thursday afternoon, two people suffered injuries following a multi-vehicle accident in Wyoming.
As per the initial information, the three-vehicle wreck took place on northbound US-131 at 36th Street in which two pickup trucks and a semi-truck were involved. The early reports showed that a semi-truck and a pickup truck were slowing down for a construction zone when the pickup truck was struck from behind by another pickup truck.
The force of the collision pushed the first pickup into the semi-truck. Two occupants of the pickup were transported to the hospital with unspecified injuries. Traffic moved through the left lane only following the accident, but by 4:15 a.m., all lanes were back open. No other details are made available.
The crash remains under investigation.
