According to the San Angelo Police Department, a multi-vehicle accident occurred in San Angelo on Friday.
The crash happened at a busy Southwest San Angelo intersection at around 10 a.m.
According to the authorities, a Silver Cadillac and a Blue Toyota were involved in the collision.
The driver of the Cadillac traveling northbound ran the red light and crashed into the Toyota.
Two unknown people suffered significant injuries and were transported to the hospital for treatment.
Some portions of the San Angelo intersection are blocked for further investigation.
No additional information regarding the crash was provided by the Deputies.
