2 People Died In A Motor Vehicle Crash In Kings County (Kings County, CA)

The California Highway Patrol reported a motor vehicle crash in Kings County on Saturday.

According to the officials, the head-on collision happened at the intersection of Elder’s Avenue and 27th at around 3:30 p.m. A Honda van was moving east when it allegedly cut in front of a Hyundai sedan moving in the opposite direction.

Although they haven’t identified which car crossed the center line, investigators claim one of the vehicles did. The collision caused the sedan to catch fire.

On the spot, both drivers passed away. The identities of both victims have not been disclosed. 

The cause of the fatal collision is being investigated by the officials. It is not yet known if alcohol or drugs played a role in the accident. There are no other details available at this time.
