Lorena Police stated that a fiery multi-vehicle collision took place on Interstate 35 N, killing 2 people. The incident involved 2 18-wheelers and a pickup truck.
Firefighters were dispatched to a fire involving two vehicles at around 3.45 AM on Monday exits 324 and 325 and the first responders on the scene located three vehicles involved in the crash, along with a third vehicle – a pickup truck.
The pick-up caught fire. 2 occupants of the pickup, namely Anthony Dwaine Bolin, 23, and one unidentified person, were pronounced dead.
Two occupants from one of the 18-wheelers were transported to hospitals with non-life-threatening injuries, and the third 18-wheeler driver was uninjured.
