According to the Los Angeles Police Department, a multi-vehicle accident occurred in Arleta on Sunday.
The crash happened in the 13900 block of West Terra Bella Street at around 8:50 p.m.
According to the officials, a silver BMW sedan and a black Toyota Camry were involved in the collision.
The driver of the BMV attempted a u-turn and was t-boned by the Camry following the crash.
The driver and the infant in the car suffered major injuries. The infant was ejected from the vehicle and suffered a head injury.
No additional information regarding the crash was provided by the Deputies.
